What's in the event promotion package?
Choose Event Video or Poster Design
Facebook event, page, and/or group 2-3 months prior to event
Instagram management up to 2 months prior to event (ask about pre-posting prior to 2 months)
Events section of the local newspaper at least one week prior to event
PSA submitted to newspaper
PSA submitted to local radio stations
PSA submitted to Gunnison Valley Calendar (or other local calendars as available)
Advertisements to predetermined user groups (ad budget not included)
Blog post/article write-up if applicable

My event doesn't require the above. Do you have a smaller package?
Absolutely! Just shoot us an email with your needs and we can give you a quote.
My event needs all of the above but we waited a little too long and the event is soon. What can we do?
We offer “rush” event marketing for an additional fee. Email for a quote.
Can I add anything on?
Probably! Things like MailChimp/ConvertKit integration & campaigns, social media management, or SEO Fixes can all be added on to the project.
